Our Recommended MSRP

Our pricing strategy is thoughtfully designed around a value-based philosophy that reflects the true worth of our products—honoring their exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and commitment to sustainability. Instead of following a traditional cost-plus or keystone markup model, we establish our prices based on the value perceived by our customers and the unique benefits our products provide.

We use a carefully calculated pricing formula that ensures all costs, royalties, and platform fees are covered while creating a fair and transparent retail price that is consistent across all sales channels, including our online store and retail partners. This approach facilitates price parity, ensuring customers experience the same trusted price whether shopping online or in-store.

Our suggested retail price is set to allow retailers a reasonable margin, using a wholesale pricing model that applies a 50% discount from MSRP. This means retailers can confidently maintain competitive pricing—typically around a 1.8x markup on wholesale—while customers receive accessible, honest pricing aligned with the product’s craftsmanship and sustainable values.

By grounding our pricing in value rather than just cost, we strengthen trust with customers and partners alike, supporting long-term loyalty and brand integrity. Our MSRP and wholesale recommendations empower retailers to deliver a consistent customer experience that respects the heritage and quality each product embodies.

With the recent tariffs, some price adjustments may be necessary, but our goal remains steady: to offer affordable luxury that reflects the artistry and exclusivity of every StableWoman™ piece.

**NOTE: All products have the correct HS (Harmonized System) codes. All accessories should fall under the new 10% (UK)  tariff rate. The sun shirts/base layer is imported from (Latvia/EU) with a 20% tariff rate. The socks are not affected as they are made in the USA.

Recommended Order Minimums

While we don’t require large bulk purchases, we do recommend minimums that reflect the value, quality, and elevated experience of the StableWoman™ brand.

  • Opening Order Minimum: $150.

  • Reorders: $150. minimum

  • Per Product Minimums: Flexible, but ordering in sets of 3–6 units per SKU is recommended for best visual impact and brand cohesion
