Still, on the rare chance your order arrives with significant damage or a flaw in craftsmanship (though we don’t expect it—our artisans are extraordinary), please let us know within 5 days of delivery. Send us a note with photos and details, and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or credit. We'll handle it with the same care we give to our designs.
